Crockpot Party Meatballs

INGREDIENTS

  • About 2 lbs. Vegan meatballs (See Tips.) 

  • 12 oz. chili sauce

  • 16 oz. grape jelly

DIRECTIONS

  1. Add ingredients to crock pot (at least 6 qt. size). Stir.

  2. Heat on ‘low’ for 3-3.5 hours. Meatballs should be tender and juicy. Turn crockpot to ‘warm’ until ready to serve. 

  3. Serve on toothpicks.

TIP: This classic recipe is easily transformed into a vegan party staple.  I highly recommend Whole Foods’ 365 brand meatballs; their texture and size perfectly lend themselves to these sweet and sour gems.
