Prosecco Float

INGREDIENTS:
1 cup Prosecco
1 T Baileys Almande
3 mini scoops vanilla ice cream (I’m a big fan of So Delicious Very Vanilla)
OPTIONAL: Chocolate syrup
DIRECTIONS:
Locate cool martini glass.
Use small scooper (I used a melon baller) to place three mini scoops of ice cream in bottom of glass.
Pour Almande over ice cream. Then add prosecco.
Watch the bubbles transform into a creamy, dreamy sipping cocktail.
Drizzle with chocolate syrup, if desired.
Sip responsibly.
TIP: Pairs well with friends and salty popcorn.
