Prosecco Float

Cocktail + Dessert = Heaven

Stress Scale: 1 | Prep time: 5 min | Total time: 5 min | Servings: 1

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup Prosecco 

  • 1 T Baileys Almande

  • 3 mini scoops vanilla ice cream (I’m a big fan of So Delicious Very Vanilla)

  • OPTIONAL: Chocolate syrup 

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Locate cool martini glass. 

  2. Use small scooper (I used a melon baller) to place three mini scoops of ice cream in bottom of glass.

  3. Pour Almande over ice cream. Then add prosecco.

  4. Watch the bubbles transform into a creamy, dreamy sipping cocktail.

  5. Drizzle with chocolate syrup, if desired.

  6. Sip responsibly.  

TIP: Pairs well with friends and salty popcorn.
