Green Goddess Veggie Tray

INGREDIENTS:
½ cup green goddess dressing (I am currently obsessed with Trader Joe’s)
2 T mayo
2 T nutritional yeast
Handful of green beans
Handful of snap peas
Handful of broccoli, cut into bite size pieces
2 stalks celery, cut into sticks
1 green pepper, cut into sticks
1 cucumber, sliced
½ fennel bulb
DIRECTIONS:
Fold together dressing, mayo and nutritional yeast. Place in fancy bowl or ramekin.
Place veggies on platter or tray of your choosing.
Serve together in perfect harmony.
TIP: Monochromatic veg trays are stunning! Try a red one for V-Day or Christmas: tomatoes, red bell peppers, radishes, beets, and radicchio. Pair with a red pepper hummus to keep the theme going.
