After two decades marketing luxury brands, Mary pivoted... big time. In her first entrepreneurial venture, she launched The Vegan Mary to help spread her love and lessons of vegan food. The only thing Mary loves as much as vegan food, is globetrotting. (Oh and her family!) While her vegan life started six years ago, her love of travel started decades ago. Her favorite destination (so far)? Florence, Italy.
The Vegan Mary’s real dream job? Traveling the world with her pescatarian hubby and vegetarian kid to review vegan eats!

A classically trained graphic artist, Emily has led creative and project teams in the healthcare field for years. While she has helped create and launch brands, her deepest passion remains food! Currently plant-based and gluten free, Emily has previously traveled the country in search of the best sandwiches. Her fav? Slymans in Cleveland.
When she’s not shaping The Vegan Mary’s artistic vision, Emily loves spending time cooking with her hubby.

After retiring from the United States Air Force and in lieu of signing up for a 9-5 gig, Cathy chose to use the communication and attention to detail skills honed over her distinguished USAF career for good – editing The Vegan Mary. This vegetarian spends her spare time on her other passions of traveling, reading, fitness, environmental issues and raising the sweetest goldador you’ve ever seen!
