Easy Cheesy Sauce

What you’ll need:

  • ¼ c veg broth

  • 1 T minced garlic

  • ½ c onion, diced

  • ¼ c non-dairy milk

  • ¼ c + 2 T almond flour

  • 7 oz. Violife cheddar cream cheese, softened

  • ½ t pepper

  • ½ t salt

What you’ll do:

  1. Heat veg broth in small pan over medium heat. Sauté onion and garlic.

  2. Turn heat to low-medium and whisk in milk and flour until smooth.

  3. Next add cream cheese. Stir often, until melted.

  4. Add salt and pepper (more to taste).

  5. Serve warm on bowl or veggies of your choice!
